Design Brief Development

The first stage will be a meeting, either in the office or on site at the property, to listen to your ideas, requirements and aspirations and prepare the design brief accordingly.  It is common for the brief to develop and evolve through the design process.

Following the initial brief the next stage is to carry out a measured survey of the site and existing buildings.  From the survey information drawings are then prepared showing the existing property.

Using the survey drawings sketch schemes will be produced and design solutions developed to answer the brief and hopefully exceed client’s expectations.

We can produce a 3d computer model to aid in the design process and changes can be made quickly and effectively at this stage.
