Planning Applications

Once the design solution is agreed with the client all the drawings and 3d images are finalised and a planning application submitted to the local planning authority. The councils generally have 8 weeks to determine an application from the date it is registered.

We have a good working relationship with the local planning authorities and a high success rate with planning approvals.
